§1 Definitions

  • Website: My Virtual Spot, operating at the address myspoton.pl.
  • User: Any entity browsing the content of the Website.

§2 General Provisions

  1. The Data Administrator within the meaning of the GDPR is the Administrator.

  4. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The Website User is obliged to be familiar with the current privacy policy.   1. Users have the following rights related to the processing of their personal data:

    5. The right to object to the processing of their personal data.
    6. The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, responsible for data protection.
