Definitions

User: any entity that browses the content of the Website.

General Provisions

The Administrator of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is the Administrator.

The information provided below concerns the Website’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The User of the Website is required to be familiar with the current privacy policy. Reasons for changes may include: changes in applicable law, advancements in internet technology, or changes related to the development of the Website.

The User voluntarily provides their personal data by entering it into the contact forms available on the Website and by consenting to the storage of cookies on their end devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

The legal basis for the processing of Users’ personal data is the voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent of the User, expressed through the appropriate form on the Website.

User Rights

The User has rights related to the processing of their personal data:

  • The right to correct their personal data,
  • The right to immediate deletion of their personal data,
  • The right to restrict the processing of their personal data,
  • The right to object to the processing of their personal data,
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, located at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, which handles personal data protection.

To exercise their rights, the User should contact the Administrator.
